Meet Zach

 

Zachary Insler was a vibrant, curious, and deeply loved soul who brought joy and laughter to everyone around him. From his earliest days, he was full of life — a redheaded, playful little boy who sang, danced, and created elaborate games with his sister and friends. He was the heart of the family’s home videos, often dressed up and beaming with delight. Whether he was gently talking to birds in a neighbor’s garage or cautiously examining sea creatures at the beach, Zach approached the world with wonder. His childhood was filled with affection, hugs, tickles, and laughter — moments his family now treasures beyond measure.

As he grew older, Zach’s creativity flourished. He loved music, reading, and connecting with others in his own unique way. Though he struggled in school due to ADD, his mind was always working — often ahead of the lessons being taught. He picked up the drums in high school and dove into whatever he was passionate about.
Those who knew him describe a young man of intelligence, humor, and warmth, whose complexity only deepened with age. His life was tragically cut short due to opioid poisoning, but Zach’s spirit endures — through the stories, the memories, and the love his family and community continue to share. He is missed every day, and always remembered.
